
Customer help to build QuickSet
In this month's newsletter you will be able to read about various ways in which QuickSet works for the customer. Our customer requests and input influence how we build our technological road map, determine what we need to improve and change within our products, and help us to decide what new products and software we will develop. This is particularly true for the Knox RS-II Switcher product line. Knox was able to develop this line by taking into consideration and incorporating customer requests. This included the importance of having a reliable product not only in case of an emergency but all the time.
