Unfortunately, as with any product, there is always the rare chance that a problem might arise. That is where our technical support team comes into play. Our technical support team is headed by its manager, Seth Teates. Our tech support team is available to answer any questions or help with any problems that might occur in a system. Using trouble-shooting techniques issues are often solved over the phone in the first call for help. Customers work with a knowledgeable industry professional that can provide insight into the workings of our routers as well as offer advice on how to hunt down issues not pertaining to our products. Should it become necessary to involve our team of engineers, our tech. support professionals will facilitate a consultation with a designing engineer.
We believe a product is only as good as the people who stand behind it.
