Welcome Ted Neiman as the Vice President Washington Operations
QuickSet entered 2005 having acquired Knox Video Technologies, a leading producer of A/V matrix switching products. Knox is well known in the broadcast industry for exceptional bandwidth in all audio and video formats. Based on this technology, QuickSet has introduced matrix switchers with these same outstanding features to the security and surveillance industry, which, until now, has not employed high quality sound and video as required in the entertainment world. In July, several organizational improvements were undertaken to posture Knox for a larger role in all served Markets. Ted Neiman became the Vice President QuickSet’s Washington Operations (including Knox). Ted is uniquely qualified for this position with extensive electronic design, program/project management and business development experience at several major companies. He holds both BSEE and MSEE degrees. Seth Teates has been promoted to Sales Manager and Shaun Reilly joined the company in the sales department. A new ERP system has been installed and several new product additions are forthcoming. Knox recently introduced a new line of CAT5 video amplifiers. Knox is a company on the move with growth already exceeding its business goals by more than 50%.
