The main goal of the sales support team is to support the sales team. However, each team member also has an area of specialty that they practice while supporting the sales team. Sherry Edecker is the manager of the Sales Support team. She also implements sales and marketing tools to improve our sales process. She has been part of the QuickSet team for three years. Rosalia Klimczyk is QuickSet’s GSA administrator and has been a part of QuickSet since 1999. Vianey Cesareo is the publications editor for QuickSet’s newsletter and press releases. Gladys Corona is the receptionist and an administrative office assistant. Vianey and Gladys joined the QuickSet team last year in spring.

Team members comment on their job and responsibilities:

Vianey - “I feel very lucky to be in a company that is growing like QuickSet. What I really like is that I am able to perform such versatile tasks all in one place. I am able to have customer interaction and help our customers, but I am also able to communicate with our customers through our newsletter and press releases.”

Rosalia - “Selling products and services to the Federal Government is a challenging task, but it provides an excellent opportunity to increase our sales while meeting critical government needs. It is an evolving environment that demands constant learning and innovation. I like that it allows me to work both through technology as well as personal interaction with government contacts and our sales force.”

Sherry - “QuickSet is growing at a very rapid pace which means that there will be changes. I welcome and embrace change to improve our sales process, help our team and the customer out.”

Gladys - “It is very important to me to greet our customers and potential customers over the phone in a friendly and efficient manner to let them know that they are valuable to us. While I do answer the phone I also get to perform different administrative office duties for the several departments, which adds great variety to my job.”
