Boris Libo joined the QuickSet team in November.  He is the Senior Quality Assurance/Manufacturing Engineer. Boris is a native of the former Soviet Union. He attended school in Minsk, Belarus where he received his degree in BSEE. Boris is a Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in Mil-Std Reliability, Maintainability and Environmental testing. Before joining the QuickSet team Boris worked at OTTO Engineering and Methode Electronics. In addition, Boris is an experienced ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 Quality Management System Lead Auditor.  QuickSet is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company using a combination of Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies to continuously improve all aspects of the company.  

Boris has been in the quality/manufacturing field for 14 years.  He talks about his experience in this role:  “My goal is to make customers happy through quality assurance.  Failing to make my customers happy makes me unhappy.  Being in this position I really enjoy working with all departments.  It’s great to make products that improve the security of our society and that are helping out our troops in Iraq.  It feels good to be able to apply the Six Sigma methodologies that I know, because our product is the best in the market.”  He comments on becoming part of the QuickSet team:  “What I like about QuickSet is the team atmosphere, the fast paced environment, and the challenges that we face.”
