A manufacturing combination that works

Currently, QuickSet uses a combination of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management to run its manufacturing plant.  The goal of lean manufacturing is to reduce and eliminate waste through continuous improvement.  Taiichi Ohno is known as the father of lean manufacturing.  Six Sigma goes beyond lean manufacturing by emphasizing systematic processes for continuous improvement.  Six Sigma uses the DMAIC process, which stands for define, measure, analyze, improve, and control.  Supply chain management focuses on the end-to-end process of manufacturing.  It is defined as the science of incorporation of the flow of goods from the beginning all the way to the end.  QuickSet has worked hard to develop strong relationships with its suppliers who share the same ideas of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.  It is our goal to continue growing and changing in a positive direction.
