Brian Hallstrom has been part of the QuickSet team for four years.  He is the Vice President of Operations.  Brian has over twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing engineering and operations management.  He has improved quality, labor efficiency, inventory turns, and lead-time reduction.  His previous work experience includes six years at Anchor-Harvey components as Plant Manager.  Anchor-Harvey is a unionized (UAW) facility and leading producer of aluminum and brass forgings for military and commercial applications.   He says, “What I love about my job is that there’s constant change and improvement, but unfortunately, it doesn’t always go as fast as I want it to.  QuickSet is the best work force that I’ve ever worked for in twenty-five years of manufacturing.  They are hungry for change and I want to acknowledge them because we wouldn’t be moving forward without them.  The people here are eager to improve the company as a team.”
