By always having its door open to meeting customer needs, QuickSet International Inc. was able to design a line of maritime pan and tilts. Through several customer requests, QuickSet was asked to make a unit that would withstand the severe marine environment. Our marine units have a corrosion resistant coating (ASTM B117) using a two-coat process combining excellent corrosion protection and weather resistance. High-quality powder coating provides an optimum non-porous film and excellent UV protection. Our marine use special seals and o-rings on all external surfaces and shafts that would otherwise allow the migration of corrosive elements into the unit. A stainless steel base replaces the aluminum and sheet metal bases that are used on other units.
