Surviving Hurricane Charley
In
hurricane Charley's wake of destruction, Florida lost many of its
highway surveillance cameras to the high winds. These so-called "dome"
cameras were literally blown off their pole mounts while QuickSet's
QuickEye™ still stands. QuickSet's QuickEye™
integrated repositionable camera housing was designed and tested to
operate in winds to 150 MPH and survive winds to 200 MPH. Fitted with
CCD cameras and Thermal imagers, in the QuickEye II™
configuration, this product is ideal for all security applications
where survival in extreme weather conditions is important.
